For Hercules's second labour King Eurystheus sent Hercules to slay the nine-headed hydra of Lernaean. Hercules raises his club to smite the legendary beast here depicted as a nine-headed serpent.

Publication not confirmed but possibly Monster Mysteries written by Rupert Matthews 1988.
