These strips feature Modesty and Willie Garvin launching a rescue mission for Inspector Brook and his daughter Lynn, who have been kidnapped and marooned in the Sahara desert by the evil Cyrena Aquilla.
This is the original artwork for Peter O'Donnell's Modesty Blaise newspaper strip from the story Death in Slow Motion, published in the Evening Standard in 1983.

Modesty Blaise was Peter O'Donnell's most famous literary creation and has appeared in many popular novels and newspaper strips for nearly 40 years.
