Peter Sarson is a British artist who has produced numerous illustrations, especially for Osprey Publishing, covering a vast range of armoured vehicles such as the M1 Abrams, Tiger 1, and Centurion tanks. His work is known for its technical detail and accuracy, and he is regarded as one of the world's great illustrators of military vehicles.

Peter went to Portchester School and graduated from Bournemouth and Poole College of Art and Design in 1964 and lives and works in Dorset.

Peter Sarson is also a published author and an illustrator of children's books and young adult books.

Sarson has also contributed cutaway art to classic British comics like Eagle and Lion, and has produced maritime art featuring ships.
