Shade, the Changing Man (Vol. 2) is a surrealist horror comic book series written by Peter Milligan and published by DC Comics, later under their Vertigo imprint. Set in an alternate DC continuity, it follows the titular alien's journey across America and his relationship with the human Kathy George.

The series lasted 70 issues between 1990 and 1996, and has been celebrated as one of the most innovative and original series to come out of Vertigo.

Many praised Milligan's writing, both with his exploration of identity and love triangles, and his critiques of American culture.
