This is the Signed unique original Watercolour painting by Roger Payne.

The Spanish Royal Bourbon Monarchy. The top two portraits are, left to right, Philip V (1683-1746, r.1700-1724, 2nd r.1724-1746), Charles III (1716-1788, r.1759-1788).

The main picture shows Philip V entering Madrid in triumph. There is also an illustration of the defence of Gibraltar during the siege of 1779-1783.
