The World of Edena: Volume 6: The Repairers (French Edition)

After On the Star, The Gardens of Edena, The Goddess, Stel and Sra, The Repairers acts as an epilogue or suspension point in the vast saga of the World of Edena.

The album brings together four short stories, of varying formats, all echoing, sometimes explicitly, sometimes in a more elliptical way, the universe by Stel and Atan. Les Réparateurs, the story that gives its title to the album, was conceived for the final issue of the magazine (À Suivre) in December 1997, in the manner of a time loop reminiscent of the Möbius ring from which Jean Giraud had borrowed his pseudonym.

La Planète Encore is the album's highlight. Created in 1990, it reconnects with the principle of the silent story that Moebius had developed in the 70s with Arzach. The last two stories, Voir Naples and Mourir et voir Naples, conceived around the same subject thirteen years apart, play off each other, with great poetry. Four beautiful escapes to convince oneself, if it were still necessary, that Moebius will forever remain one of the greatest names in the 9th Art.
