This is the unique original Gouache painting by Gordon Hutchings.

Num Num and his Funny Family. From Playhour #33 (7th January 1967). Lots of comic detail from the very successful and popular Gordon Hutchings in this example of a fondly remembered Playhour series.

These stories appeared in the short-lived children's pre-school title TV Toyland which was published between 1966-67 before being merged with the more well known Playhour.

  Gordon Hutchings took over the long-running Gulliver Guinea-Pig strip from Philip Mendoza around 1961 and his crisp charming work appeared in Playhour and later the Teddy Bear Annual.
