This is the unique original Gouache painting by Gordon Hutchings.

In this episode of the long running children's series Gulliver gets a bit wet while learning to be a reporter. Please note that the dark band at the top is just from the acetate overlay with "guinea-pig" written on it. This shows that this was the second page of the story.

Originally published in Playhour in the early 1960s this episode was reprinted in Teddy Bear's Playtime 1st August 1981.

  Gordon Hutchings took over the long-running Gulliver Guinea-Pig strip from Philip Mendoza around 1961 and his crisp charming work appeared in Playhour and later the Teddy Bear Annual.
