This is the unique original Gouache painting by 20th Century unidentified artist.

Artwork from the second page of a Treasure comic feature on the lives of Reindeer. We can see one being lassoed by a Laplander; pulling a heavy sledge, being milked and a note is made that they had been recently (in the 1960's) been introduced to the Cairngorms in the Highlands.

The art appeared in a December 26th Christmas issue of Treasure, probably early 1960s.
