This is the unique original Watercolour painting by artist unknown.

This is a very rare original painting by an unknown artist, produced for an unpublished run of cigarette cards featuring R.A.F. badges, most likely by John Player & Sons Cigarettes.

This artwork features the badge of the R.A.F. Bomber Squadron 114.

The motto of RAF Bomber Squadron 114 was "With speed I strike". This Latin phrase, authorized by King George VI in December 1937, reflected the squadron's focus on rapid and decisive action in its bomber role.

114 Squadron was a squadron of the British Royal Air Force. It was first formed in India during the First World War, serving as a light bomber squadron during the Second World War and as a transport squadron post-war. It was last disbanded in 1971.
