This is the printed cover page from The Sphere dated May 1st 1915 and is taken from Matania's personal archives.

The scene depicts the fighting on and around Hill 60. As soon as an enemy trench was captured it had to be reconstructed on its rearward face in order to protect the troops. Matania personally witnessed this event.
