Four years in the making, this very early edition of Little Shoppe of Horrors very nearly never made it to press as editor and man in charge Richard E Klemensen was on the brink of folding the magazine several times during creation. Luckily for us, he persevered, and with a touching forward, tells us his story.
This edition, the fourth ever to appear, spans 135 pages and is heavy with photography, art and interviews - including a rare interview with Dave Prowse, the actor who played Darth Vader in the original Star Wars.
Another highlight, is a piece on Roy Ashton (the head of Hammer's make-up department), with rare photographs and sketch book pages and clay models showing early designs for The Evil of Frankenstein.
