This is the Signed unique original Gouache painting by Peter Jackson.

What a wonderful amount of detail the late great Peter Jackson infuses into this everyday scene of grocery shopping in the Edwardian era.

Note the mother's look as her daughter points out the cat sat in the sugar. Also the small details like the weights used in measuring the coffee, also the well known brand name signage. A lovely piece.

The exact date and issue of Treasure (the most probable magazine to feature this art) has yet to be determined, but the art is 50 years old and as fresh as the day it was painted.
