It is an incredible page painted in watercolour and inks by Emilio Frejo, featuring a great splash panel of the Statue of Liberty.

This is the original art painted for page 5 of 2000AD Prog 923

The story follows Judge Dredd travelling back in time to 2001 to kill people carrying an alien virus which is threatening the existence of humankind.

The page still has its acetate cover which has the word balloons stuck to it.

The reverse of the art board has an official 2000 AD rubber stamp with the date: 5 Dec 1994.

Please note that the slight wrinkling is due to the technique of watercolour at the time of creation.
