A fantastic original Judge Dredd page, painted in watercolour and inks by Emilio Frejo.

This is the original art painted for page 1 of 2000AD Prog 922, for the story "The Exterminator".

The story follows Judge Dredd travelling back in time to 2001 to kill people carrying an alien virus. The page still has its acetate cover sheet which has the word balloons stuck to it.

The reverse of the board has the official 2000 AD square rubber stamp containing the publication information.

This artwork features some fantastic scenes of Judge Dredd who is now a legendary comic creation.

Please note that the slight wrinkling is due to the technique of watercolour. These artworks have been painted onto Parole Repoflex board, which deliberately features the layer of watercolour paper coming away from the stiffer backing board for the purposes of reproduction.
