The EC Archives continues with Two Fisted Tales Volume One . This is a 212-page hardcover volume collecting the first six issues of the legendary (anti) war comic (with the tag line “He man adventure” no less).

Famed for a more moralistic stance on the horror and waste of war the series nevertheless thrilled readers on its first publication more than fifty years ago. All the stories were conceived, written and edited by Harvey Kurtzman. It was very much his pet project under the approval of legendary publisher Bill Gaines.

The stories have been spruced up for this new bookshelf addition with new colouring that closely follows Marie Severin's original work. Foreword by Gemstone publisher and now comics museum owner Steve Geppi.
