This is the Signed unique original Pen & Ink Wash by Ralph Bruce.

Privileged customers were allowed into Bugatti's factory to watch their own cars being made in immaculate conditions by the best craftsmen that could be found.

This was during the 1920s when Bugatti's were very fashionable amongst wealthy sportsmen. Molsheim is in the Alsace.
