2 Brian Bolland Brian's work first sprang into prominence in the 1970s as one of the star artists of 2000AD —his covers and depictions of Judge Dredd caught the attention of audiences both sides of the Atlantic and he went on to become one of DC comic's premier artists, with 'Batman-The Killing Joke' and a multitude of DC super-heroes to his credit.
