This is the Signed unique original Gouache painting by Roger Payne.

People stare in awe at the sight of George Stephenson's Rocket steam locomotive in action.

Published in the Look and Learn book Railway Wonder of the World. Note the painting as printed was larger showing more of the funnel but the artboard was damaged at some point. Also the art was extended by about 3mm on the left hand edge.
