This is the Signed unique original Pen & Ink Wash by Roger Payne.

To the amazement of Francis Ryskes-Chandler, the witch doctor of a remote village in Southern Rhodesia pointed into the distance, revealing in which direction the lost city of Solomon and the treasure lay. Some slight damage due to caption stickers.
