This is the unique original Pen & Ink Wash by Alan Parry.

Binny, George and Willy are sent to a special orphan's school in London. They attempt to escape and hide on a delivery van but they get stuck and end up being taken back to Birmingham.

The Kids from 47A is a British children's television series produced by Associated Television, which ran from 1973-1975, about four children whose widowed mother is taken into hospital, leaving them to cope on their own.
