This is the Signed unique original Gouache painting by Frank Marsden Lea.

The World's Legends: Birth of the Latins. When his leader Latinus fell, Aeneas leapt forward proclaiming "We are all 'Latins' together".

Original artwork from Look and Learn no. 24 (30 June 1962). A scarce very early surviving piece of Look and Learn art.

  Frank Marsden Lea (born 1910; UK)
  Frank Marsden Lea, born 1910. A talented artist and illustrator who, inter alia, designed posters for London County Council Tramways 1928-1932 and painted many illustrations for Look and Learn during the 1960s.
  
  He trained at the Nottingham Art School; 1916-1917 and also attended Manchester School of Art.
