The book has an introduction by Dave Gibbons.

The book comes complete in its own embossed red leather slipcase. As a bonus, the book is issued with a Limited edition Robin Hood print and a Bellamy World War I print.

All editions of this book are now OUT OF PRINT and this book will never be reprinted.
