This is the Signed unique original Pen & Ink drawing by Enric Badia Romero.

A great strip brushed by Romero for a late episode of his epic AXA strip.

This is strip #1008 which appeared in the story The Eager, first published in The Sun newspaper on 30-10-81.

The strip is in extremely good condition and bears the publisher's numbering and official rubber stamps to the reverse.

Axa has found herself amongst the Sky People who have built their city in the tree tops. Unfortunately, the swamp the trees grow in is causing trees to rot and fall. The evil Toad creatures who inhabit the swamp are waiting below with glee as the inhabitants fall to their doom.

This is a very dynamic strip with many fine details.

The strip is hand signed and also present are the hand lettered Spanish language speech bubbles used in a translated print.
