This is the unique original Gouache painting by Roger Payne.

In Search of Buried Treasure: Fortune in a Coral Cave. King Charles II liked to gamble and the proposition of William Phips put to him seemed worth the risk. Phips had the King loan him ships to search for sunken Spanish treasure. Note the Spaniel dog in Charles' lap.
