He is in charge when Modesty is working out how she will get over the wall and into the Villa Beaumaris. STORY 55: “THE RETURN OF THE MAMMOTH”: STRIP 5931 He is the Brother who spots Modesty on the window ledge of the hotel and quickly organises the troupe to catch her. It is he seen standing on the shoulders of his un-named brother and it is he who catches the acrobatic Modesty. At very short notice he arranges to get her and Willie to the remote village of San Pedro in response to the message she received from Fernando de Larra. He apologises for the fact that the quickest way to do it was to parachute in. AZUL STORY 76: “A PRESENT FOR THE PRINCESS”: STRIP 8138 Leader of the brigands that rob passing travellers outside the city of Toccopina and takes women prisoners to be used as sex slaves. Temporarily joined by Willie who is suffering from amnesia. When the gang capture Modesty and she is offered to Willie for sex Willie sets her and the other women free. Their escape is seen and the alarm is raised before they can get away. He pursues them but is delayed in a narrow gully by Modesty and Willie.
