A collection of 7 Thrilling Western magazines, published from Spring 1945 to Spring 1949 and one issue of Western Story (Vol. 4, #11, January 1946).

Thrilling Western published by Thrilling Publications, also known as Beacon Magazines (1936–37), Better Publications (1937–43) and Standard Magazines (1943–55), was a pulp magazine publisher run by Ned Pines, publishing such titles as Startling Stories and Thrilling Wonder Stories.

Western Story Magazine (Vol. 4, #11, 64pp) was a pulp magazine published by Street & Smith, which ran from 1919 to 1949. It was the first of numerous pulp magazines devoted to Western fiction. In its heyday, Western Story Magazine was one of the most successful pulp magazines; in 1921 the magazine was selling over half a million copies each issue. The headquarters were located in New York City. Featuring writers; Walt Coburn, Ray Nafziger, Tom W. Blackburn, Rod Patterson, Gene King, S. Omar Barker & Giles A. Lutz.
