This is the Signed unique original Pen & Ink drawing by Enric Badia Romero.

Modesty Blaise is shot in this devastating scene penned by Romero for the story The Greenwood Maid.

The evil Friar Tuck and his awful accomplice Sangro are locked in a secret room with Modesty and Willie Garvin. The hidden loot from a bank robbery has brought them altogether in the secret chamber, but it would appear that The Friar and Sangro certainly have the upper hand here.

These events take place after a Robin Hood festival in Nottingham, hence the unusual medieval clothing.

Romero chooses fantastic view points and dramatic uses of shadow black in this devastating strip.
