This is the Signed unique original Pen & Ink drawing by Enric Badia Romero.

In this strip, Zeph, the leader of the Sky People, is arguing with Axa about the very literal leap of faith he is about to take - by jumping down from the heights of the City in the trees.

Romero delights with his depiction of a fearless leader leading by example, and of course with his beautiful depictions of our heroine, Axa.

This strip highlights Romero's majestic brush skills and inking techniques, as it features full body images, close ups and also a centre panel taking in landscape and viewing characters from afar.

This is strip #1057 from Romero's epic AXA series. First published in The Sun newspaper on the 29th December 1981. This strip comes near the end of the story called 'The Eager'.

The strip is hand signed in the left panel and carries publishers markings in the boarder, as well as official rubber stamps on the reverse.
