This is the unique original Gouache painting by Bernard Long.

Toxodon was a large hippo-like creature that stood more than 2 metres tall. Pyrotherium was a fairly large and heavily built quadrupedal mammal that seems to have been similar to primitive elephants. Both lived on the South American plains around 23 to 34 million years ago.
