This is a superb diagrammatic detailed painting. Probably the most famous fighter aircraft in the world and certainly the most beautiful.

The famous Spitfire is renowned for winning the Battle of Britain against Nazi Germany in 1940 when the RAF squadrons of Spitfires and Hurricanes were pitted against the invading Heinkel, Dornier and Messerschmitt of Herman Goering's Luftwaffe.
