1975This is the unique original Gouache painting by Martin Asbury.
Wonderful full page board from the Look-in adaptation of the Kung-Fu TV series that starred David Carradine, painted by Martin Asbury and written by Angus P. Allen.
The strip ran from 30th March 1974 until 14th June 1975 when the same creative team began to adapt the adventures of The Six Million Dollar Man.
This board nearly sees our hero being dispatched by a lead bullet, and an iron horse is fast rounding the bend causing further complications.
It is extremely rare to find pages of Kung Fu available as the story only ran for a short while, and this is a really rather tasty example.
Asbury's brilliant use of colour and layout really delight in this action packed page.
The top panel has been pasted on over a first version.
