This is the unique original Pen & Ink Wash by 20th Century unidentified artist.

Newspaper strip format three-panel gag cartoon featuring the misadventures of a young boy looking suspiciously like the American version of Dennis the Menace. Name of character and publication not known but presumably part of the Fleetway stable.

The setting is very British but with all the characteristics of Hank Ketchum's character and none of those of his British counterpart.

Denis Gifford has been posited as a possible artist.
