Treasure magazine seems the most likely home, due to the readership age and panel structure. The blue/white of the swans is offset by the pink of the blossom, a wonderful panel by Trevisan.
Giorgio Trevisan is a very successful Italian comics artist who spent about a decade working for Fleetway / IPC between 1960 and 1970. This is one of the finest paintings Trevisan created for this adaptation.
